We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. To reserve your condo use the Book On-line feature of the website or give us a call. Payment will be taken upon check-out. All you need to reserve your stay is a valid credit card.

– No refunds 48 hours prior to your check-in date.
Check in is at The Residences at Biltmore, located at: 700 Biltmore Ave., Condo #108 – Asheville, NC 28803
– Check-in is any time after 4 p.m. day of arrival.
– Directions, information will be sent via email prior to your check-in date. Please return your signed Rental Agreement
Check out time is by 11:00am on your day of departure. Please keep in mind that your key card will no longer work after 11:00am on the day of your departure. To check out: leave your key card on the kitchen counter and have a safe trip home!
Wireless internet is available throughout The Residences at Biltmore’s property.
Asheville is a unique area that strives to maintain as green of a lifestyle as possible and our staff here at The Residences at Biltmore would like to continue that philosophy. As a part of our effort to maintain a green routine, our property will provide the following services daily to help keep you comfortable at no additional cost.

All hotel suites have Satellite Television Service. Each suite has flat screen televisions in every bedroom and living room with DVD players
Our hotel suites and the facilities are entirely nonsmoking. If it is discovered smoking occurred within or around a suite the renter will receive a $250 fine, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage. However, there are designated smoking sections on the property. Please ask the concierge desk for exact location.

Yes, we do allow pets under 40 pounds in select pet friendly condos. We have a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Please let your reservationist know that you are planning to bring your furry friend.
