We rent to locals who are 21 years or older. There is a $500 deposit required for all local renters – which is refundable upon inspection of the room on departure.

The hotel lobby and front desk is located in the building near the entrance of the property, 5 Caledonia Rd., Asheville, NC 28803.

– Check-in is any time after 4 p.m. day of arrival.
– Directions and information will be sent via email prior to your check-in date. Please return your signed Rental Agreement

Check out time is by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. Please keep in mind that your key card will no longer work after 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. To check out: leave your key card on the kitchen counter and have a safe trip home!

The pool is seasonal and opens/closes at different times each year depending on the weather. It’s usually open between the middle of May through the middle of September, but it’s best to check with our concierge to see if they’re able to provide you with more detailed information.

Wireless internet is available throughout The Residences at Biltmore’s property.

All hotel suites have satellite television service. Each suite has flat-screen televisions with DVD players in every bedroom and living room.

Our hotel suites and the facilities are entirely nonsmoking. If it is discovered smoking occurred within or around a suite the renter will receive a $250 fine, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage. However, there are designated smoking sections on the property. Please ask the concierge desk for the exact location.

Yes, we do allow pets under 40 pounds in select pet friendly condos. We have a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Please let your reservationist know that you are planning to bring your furry friend.
