Easter is right around the corner and March is blooming with a lot of fun activities in Asheville for families and couples alike! We've got a great list of some of our favorites to give you an idea of what to expect:

Biltmore Estate

Festival of Flowers

March 19-May 26, 2016

Celebrate Spring with a spectacular display of colorful blooms across Biltmore Estate. Starting on the first day of spring, Biltmore celebrates the legacy of Frederick Law Olmsted and his final project – George Vanderbilt’s magnificent Biltmore gardens. The bright colors in the gardens are brought inside with an opulent display of tropical plants and lavish flowers inside Biltmore House. During this festival of flowers, see spring evolve with a steady progression of blooms. Tulips abound at Biltmore’s main entrance and the big display in the Walled Garden.

For 60 years, the Park has opened its gates to the community for inter-denominational worship filled with scripture, song, and fellowship. The service takes place beneath 535-million-year-old Chimney Rock, the monolith for which the Park is named. Gates will be open from 5-6 AM for the 7 AM service. There is no admission charge and guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the Park for the day.
