Starting in Fall 2019, catering for onsite events will be provided by our in-house catering staff. With an emphasis on Farm-to-Fork Southern cuisine, we offer menu options to please any palate. For example, the Mountain Medley Menu, featuring molasses glazed pork loin medallions and meatloaf, among other items; our Low Country Boil menu with seafood offerings; and our Southern Swine & Dine menu with BBQ selections.
