Cancellation Policy & Hotel Regulations

Please cancel by 6pm on day of arrival to avoid cancellation charge of one night's room and tax. Guaranteed reservations that do not show will be charged one night's room and tax.

Also, please note that The Residences at Biltmore is a non-smoking property, including all common areas and grounds.

All major credit cards accepted as form of payment. The Residences at Biltmore does not accept cash, personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for any guestroom or incidental charges.

Check in time, after 3:00pm. Check out time, by 11:00am.

ADA rooms available upon request.

Pet-friendly rooms are based upon availability. Please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation for a pet-friendly room.
There is an $85 non-refundable pet deposit required and a maximum of
one pet per room with a weight limit of 40 pounds.
