"We were pleasantly surprised by the finishings and size of our accommodations. This is not your standard feeling place if you are looking for the hotel feel. We weren't looking for that. What we found was very comfortable spacious and extremely helpful staff at the front desk. They made recommendations that were point on. Great restaurants and they handled the reservations for us. Helped us print tickets to the Biltmore and anything else we needed...Very convenient as well."

Please cancel by 6pm on day of arrival to avoid cancellation charge of one night's room and tax. Guaranteed reservations that do not show will be charged one night's room and tax.

All major credit cards accepted as form of payment. The Residences at Biltmore does not accept cash, personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for any guestroom or incidental charges.
